important deadlines

Selection process

The agenda comes together after a careful review of the topics submitted by the experts. The review team shortlists topics based on

  • Originality of the abstract
  • Experience or expertise of the proposed speaker
  • Relevance to event attendees
  • And current technology trends

The speakers may be asked to make adjustments to their abstracts in order to be accepted. The speakers are informed about the shortlisted topics and are given a choice of either conducting a webinar or sending us a pre-recorded video of their session. In case of pre-recorded sessions experts will be given a period of 20 days to submit their videos. Once we receive your recordings they will be uploaded to our servers and played during the summit.
